The Angie Spangler Team has 21 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Northern Colorado. The team is comprised of Angie Spangler and Brian Lantis and we assist both sellers and buyers full time in Northern Colorado.
We regularly attend industry specific continuing education classes focusing on client representation, market trends, marketing strategies, contract negotiation, title insurance and finance. We have over a decade of real estate experience in residential sales. We sell homes in Northern Colorado specializing in Old Town Fort Collins. Prior to moving to Colorado, Angie started her real estate career as a sales and marketing representative for a custom home builder in the NW suburbs of Chicago.
